Assembly Art Fair is a new invitational contemporary art fair holding its inaugural edition July 23–26, 2026 at West Canal Yards in Seattle, coinciding with Seattle Art Fair. Conceived as a curated, intentionally small alternative to the convention-center fair model, Assembly brings together a group of leading galleries from across the Western U.S. for a series of focused, exhibition-style presentations. Set within the architecturally distinctive central atrium spaces of West Canal Yards — with exposed timber beams, expansive garage-door openings, and abundant natural light — Assembly is designed to foster sustained engagement among collectors, artists, galleries, institutions, and media.
