“Every year I challenge myself with themes, subjects, new skills, tools and materials to manifest my visual expression. These new works are often both reflection and exploration. I have always been an inventor, which is perhaps what led me to the arts. Raised by a parent who served in the Navy, I moved to new destinations across the world every couple of years. Developmentally, every new station would either provide an explanation for dysfunction or reveal the foundation for reinvention.
